Since SMLXL’S inception, Dean has led the company as Construction Director, helping to establish it as one of Australia’s foremost design and construction companies. Dean has over 15 years experience within the construction industry across multiple sectors and has successfully delivered several highly complex and large scale design and construction and PPP Projects. Dean has a very strong relationship with property and construction industry bodies and takes a hands on approach to the management of Health, Safety and Environment at a project level.
