SMLXL Projects were engaged in 2020 to undertake the alterations and additions to the existing 4 story retail & commercial building at 374, 376-378 Mew South Head Road. This large scale project involves the construction of x2 new levels above the existing retail & commercial spaces as well as the new levels onto the adjoining site (No.374).
SMLXL Projects recently installed a tower crane to site to assist with installing precast panels to the South Western Facade and materials handling around site. The installation involved meticulous planning from the design phase right through to the installation on site.
